Terms and Conditions:

Ordering:
Orders may be placed by phone or e-mail. Please include name, shipping address and telephone number along with the item product code(s), description and quantity.

•Credit Card orders of less than $75.00 are subject to a $7.50 surcharge.
•Pick-up Orders: Phone or e-mail orders (Please allow 24 hours processing time).

Shipping:
All orders will be shipped via Canpar Express within 1-2 business days unless otherwise specified. Freight will be pre-paid and charged back on invoice (FOB Winnipeg). We currently ship only within Canada and do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

•Local Deliveries (within Winnipeg city limits) will be subject to a $17.50 delivery charge.

Payment:
All prices are in CDN dollars, with the additional sales tax of 5% GST and regional PST rates (unless tax exempt) applied to the total. Orders may be paid by Cheque, Visa, Mastercard or Interac. Invoice(s) are payable within 30 days of date of invoice (O.A.C.) unless otherwise stipulated in writing. Overdue accounts are subject to a finance charge of 2% per month (24% per annum). Returned cheques will be subject to a $35.00 N.S.F. service charge per instance.

Warranties:
All defective products are covered by the original manufacturer warranty from date of purchase. All golf component items (heads) are warranted for manufacturing defects one year from date of purchase. The warranty DOES NOT provide coverage for any inappropriate handling or misuse of equipment. Replacement warranty items will only occur when the defective goods have been received by SRK Golf. Please contact SRK Golf for authorization prior to returning any item.

Damaged Goods:
Upon receipt of goods, should any shiped items arrive damaged please contact SRK Golf and the carrier immediately. All claims must be made within 7 days upon receiving the order. The Buyer will provide a copy of the original invoice/packing slip and photographic evidence of the damage occured. It will then be determine the appropriate course of action which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

Return of Goods:
Customers may return items within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the items are in “new” unused and in resellable condition including all original packaging materials. Merchandise for return/credit must have pre-authorization from SRK Golf and is subject to a 18% restocking fee.

Back Orders:
Items that are temporarily out of stock (unless discontinued) may be placed on back order. Customers will receive notification of their back order status including an estimated delivery date. Customers may cancel their back order at any time prior to shipment. Payment for back ordered items will be processed upon shipment, and standard shipping costs will apply.

Pricing Levels (Trade/Premium):
Any CPGA/Trade purchasing a minimum of $2,000.00 during the previous year period (ending Dec. 2025) will qualify for “Trade” level pricing the following year.
Any CPGA/Trade purchasing in excess of $3500.00 during the previous year period (ending Dec. 2025) will qualify for the “Premium” level pricing the following year.

If for any reason there is a discrepancy between the listed price and the actual price for any product or service, the latter shall prevail.
