The Extreme Game Improvement Hot Launch E522 Fairway Metal offers the game-changing Houdini Sole in conjunction with a super-shallow face, a slice-fighting offset design and heel weighting for added draw bias.

The 17-4 stainless-steel fairway features a thinner and lighter forged steel crown that increases ball speed for the increased power creation and the ultimate in ease of use.

Houdini Sole Technology

The Houdini Sole is an emerging sole design innovation that pushes weight back as much as possible for an ultra-low and deep CG, optimizing launch conditions and greatly improving forgiveness off the face.

The super-shallow face design in the E522 Fairway Metal produces higher launch angles and extreme ease of launch. The strategically placed heel draw-bias weight of the E range offset designs was engineered to help golfers avoid hitting slices.

Control Length Shafts

Control Length Shafts Technology is optimized shorter shaft lengths that were designed specifically for the E522 Fairway Metal to greatly improve accuracy, control and to offer maxed out Smash Factor ratings for the club head. The extremely light FUBUKI shafts come with lower kick points and lower cycles per minute frequencies that promise to help players achieve maximum velocity and to fight a fade; producing a longer, straighter and a slightly drawn ball flight.

High MOI/Rear Sole Weighting

More weight in the rear sole, created by the weight in the extreme back of the clubhead, moves the Center of Gravity deep in the head for an extremely high MOI that will tighten dispersion and increase overall accuracy. The low and rear CG positioning creates increased launch angles, apex heights, hang time and overall distance.

Acoustic Resonance Channels – Upgraded acoustic engineering is achieved though Acoustic Resonance Channels (A.R.C.) Engineering. The A.R.C. sound channel system is a visible technology that can be seen on the sole of the clubhead. Internally, these channels bounce sound on the inside of the club head to provide top-shelf sound and feel.

The Orlimar Escape is a series of specialty clubs. The Escape fairway woods features a shallow face height and very low center of gravity to launch the ball high and land the ball softly on the green from a wide range of distances and ground conditions. Super lightweight shafts ideal for golfers with reduced to moderate speeds. These can be mixed and matched with the Escape hybrid irons for a uniquely customized set.
